This is a group dedicated to support those from our church community who are in need, whether that need is immediate, short term or long term.
We seek to offer immediate support in a variety of ways, such as emergency meals, assistance with appointments etc.
For those who are ill or elderly, we are able to offer phone calls and home visits
If you would like to receive communion at home, whatever your situation we would be happy to arrange this for you.
